Solution
The xLM Office Document Watermark Processor automates the creation of controlled PDF outputs from Microsoft Office documents and other extendable file formats stored within 3DEXPERIENCE. When documents transition through configured lifecycle states, such as Approval to Release, the tool automatically triggers PDF conversion, applies configurable watermarks (if applicable) and uploads the derived files back to the associated records. Designed for both cloud-based and on-premise 3DEXPERIENCE environments, the solution leverages the DS Enterprise Integration Framework to support event-driven processing without requiring users to manually create or manage release PDFs.Features
