COExperience 2025: Integration, AI and Meaningful Conversations in Reno
ByMarc Young
In this blog post, Marc Young, Managing Partner at xLM Solutions, shares his reflections from COExperience 2025 – from presenting real-world EIF integration strategies to insights on AI in CATIA and standout moments from the Dassault Systèmes community in Reno.

COExperience 2025 wrapped up earlier this month in Reno, and it was one of the most engaging events Ilan Madjar and I have attended in recent years. Co-located with the MBSE Cyber Systems Symposium, this year’s event brought together a strong mix of Dassault Systèmes users, technical experts, and industry leaders – all eager to talk about what’s new, what’s working and what’s next.
From a technology perspective, the spotlight was on system integration, AI, and CATIA. From a location perspective – well, the mountains delivered. The sites around Reno were amazing!
Real Conversations About Real Integration
At xLM, our focus has always been on helping customers get the most from their PLM systems – especially when it comes to integration. That’s why Ilan and I were excited to present our session, “Using 3DEXPERIENCE’s Enterprise Integration Framework (EIF) to Integrate with Enterprise Systems.” EIF is a capability within the platform that doesn’t get nearly enough attention. It’s powerful, it’s flexible, and it’s built to do exactly what most companies need: move data in and out of 3DEXPERIENCE without a bunch of custom code.
In our session, we walked through real-world examples of how we’ve used EIF to integrate with ERP, MES, SharePoint, and more. We looked at practical use cases, common pitfalls and how EIF fits into a broader digital continuity strategy. The feedback in the room was great – lots of people are looking for more scalable, less resource-intensive ways to connect their enterprise systems. EIF is a solid option.
